Introduction
LEAD 34 is an all tube amplifier which is based on the legendary JMP 50 plexi style amplifier of the late 60's.
If you like British type of tube amplifiers but the weight and size of them has stopped you useingthem, then LEAD 34 amplifier has been made for you. It has both, the tone and a small size and light weight.

LEAD 34 in depth
LEAD 34 is based on the JMP50 Plexi style amplifier. Turn the volume high, pair the amp with a Greenback loaded cab and the sound is classic rock!
For me tone of the amp and naturally the electronics that create that tone has been my main interest.
The amp has just one input which has been internally wired to the two channels, namely Normal and the Bright.
As we know a JMP plexi style amplifier has that know 4 input configuration. Mostly the two channels would be jumpered using a small patch cable. In this amplifier this has been done internally. That is you just plug in and you are feeding both channels.
LEAD 34 is point to point hand wired like the 60's amps. To capture an authentic tone, reminscent of vintage Plexi's, I have used Mullard mustard caps.
