MT2 is one of the most famous BOSS pedal which is still in production till now. It has one of the most complete equalizers among other BOSS pedals. The issue with this pedal is that it always injects a cocked wah sound no matter what pick ups you use. It gives a sort of fakeness to the sound.
This mod that I have developed for MT2 takes away this problem in the sound and make it a very natural sounding pedal. 

 

This mod is a marriage between a Ratin pedals designed distortion module and the tone circuit of MT2. In order to get the best out of this mod I have designed a custom distortion circuit which has a similar behavior like tubes and has 3 stages to make a lot of sustain and natural saturation tone. So I decided to replace the custom module that I have designed with the existing distortion circuit of MT2.   

After this mod your MT2 pedal sounds colmpetely natural without the fakeness like befoe. The pedal reflects the tone and character of your pick ups.
