You have 14 days from the day you receive your pedal to decide if you like it or not.
Before sending the product back, contact Ratin Pedals first and after confirmation for return, return the product.

If you return the product which you have puchased directly from Ratin Pedals / Alireza Roshan Nahad, the purchased product must contain all shipping and packing material and be in new and working condition condition without any signs of use or wear or any problem.
Ratin Pedals accepts NO Returns when any of the condtions mensioned above does not hold anymore.

The shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, the type of shipment must contain insurance and tracking number, so that it is trackable and safe in case it gets lost or delivered damge due to miss handling during transport.
The refund will be just the price paid for the product itself and NOT the shipping costs paid by the buyer (to bring the product to the buyer).

If you purchased the pedal from a dealer:

Refer to the dealer’s returns policy.
There is no return possibility and/or policy for orders, custom-made / Made To Order products and modifications applied to a product specially for the orderer / customer.
